Warehouse Capabilities Our 130,000 square foot warehouse is conveniently located near our Chicago suburban headquarters.

We offer the most sophisticated and highest quality Metallizing operation in the Industry.

Our vacuum metallizing and polymer deposition system is designed for trouble free, high speed coating operations, controlling the metal and topcoat consistently from load to oad. This equipment can eliminate the need for a conventional organic top coat thus reducing solvent emissions.

The computer controlled technology is widely used in the metallizing of road reflectors, automotive headlamps and taillights, lighting products such as reflectors, and louvers, novelties, fish lures, and a wide variety of electronic and household products. Metallizing features:

  • 6 vacuum chambers ranging in size from 64" x 84" to 72" x 120"
    - 4, 30 piece chambers
    - 1, 15 piece chamber
    - 1, 8 piece chamber
  • Our 72" chamber is of the highest quality in the vacuum industry
